You must not share your Account with any third party or allow others to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all transactions, Bets, and communications associated with your Account.

Upon registration or at any time thereafter, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification (such as Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by rrtoto may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. rrtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or compliance with these Terms.
Online betting services are strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Any User found to be underage will have their Account immediately closed, all Bets voided, and any funds forfeited. rrtoto employs age verification measures and reports suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
rrtoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made from accounts or wallets registered in your own legal name matching your rrtoto Account registration details.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting from Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are stated on the deposit page and may vary based on your Account status and VIP tier. rrtoto does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account Balance within minutes. In rare cases, technical issues or banking delays may result in longer processing times. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 24 hours, contact customer support immediately with transaction details and proof of payment.
rrtoto reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if the deposit originates from a third-party account. Deposits made using stolen payment methods, unauthorized accounts, or fraudulent means will be reversed, and the Account will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
You may request a Withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

rrtoto charges a nominal withdrawal fee of Rp 5,000 per e-wallet transaction. Bank transfer withdrawals above Rp 500,000 are processed free of charge; withdrawals below this threshold may incur a Rp 5,000 processing fee. Your bank may impose additional receiving fees beyond rrtoto's control.
rrtoto reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of Terms, bonus abuse, or money laundering. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent use of rrtoto as a payment transfer service. If you deposit funds and request immediate withdrawal without placing any Bets, a 10% administrative fee may be deducted.
rrtoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the promotional offer, including wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount), maximum bet limits while clearing bonus (usually Rp 50,000 per bet), game contribution percentages, and expiration periods (typically 7-30 days from bonus issuance).
Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any time. You must complete wagering requirements on your current bonus before accepting a new promotional offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users, exploiting system errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited. rrtoto employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, Accounts suspended or closed, and may be permanently banned from future promotions.
All Bets placed through rrtoto are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your Bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming. rrtoto accepts no liability for Bets placed in error, though we may, at our sole discretion, void or amend Bets in cases of obvious system errors or incorrect odds display.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, sport, and market. These limits are displayed on each betting interface and may be adjusted without notice. rrtoto reserves the right to refuse any Bet, limit stake amounts, or restrict Account access at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect irregular betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or professional gambling activity.
For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), basketball, badminton, and others, all Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed, all Bets will stand and be settled when the match is eventually played, unless the match is cancelled or delayed beyond 48 hours, in which case all Bets will be voided and stakes returned.
Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, and Mix Parlay bets are subject to specific settlement rules detailed on our sportsbook pages. In the event of a draw in Asian Handicap betting (e.g., team wins by exactly the handicap margin), stakes are refunded. For Mix Parlay bets, if one or more selections are voided, the parlay continues with reduced odds based on remaining selections.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting permanent closure. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees) will be returned to you. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts for resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of rrtoto Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
